1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Contact details: your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you request a quote, book a call, or contact us.
• Quote information: details you enter to generate an estimate — such as your age or date of birth, gender, ZIP code or state, the coverage amount and type you want, tobacco use, and general health or lifestyle factors (including any health condition you select) that affect insurance rates.
• Calculator inputs: figures you enter into our tools (for example, current policy details, premiums, income, or coverage you already have) so the tools can produce an illustration for you.
• Booking details: the date, time, and contact information you provide when scheduling a call with an advisor.
• Communications: messages, questions, and feedback you send us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage and device information: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages and tools you use, referring links, and general location inferred from your IP (not precise GPS).
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files and tags (including advertising and analytics pixels) used to operate the site, remember your preferences and language, measure performance, and support advertising. See Section 4.

1.3 Information From Others

To show you estimated rates, we use a third-party quoting service (Compulife) that provides carrier rate data. As your inquiry is handled, we may also receive related information from the insurance carriers and licensed agents who work to provide your quote or coverage.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate rate estimates, run the coverage calculators, and show coverage options relevant to your situation.
• Connect you with a licensed, independent agent and with insurance carriers so they can prepare quotes and follow up with you.
• Schedule and confirm calls you book, and respond to your messages.
• Send you communications you have asked for, including text messages if you opt in (see Section 3).
• Operate, secure, and improve the site, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Measure performance and show relevant advertising (see Section 4).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who opt in — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our booking page. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Velocity Pro, such as appointment confirmations and reminders and messages about your quote or coverage.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• We do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Opting out of text messages does not affect other ways we may communicate with you (such as email) or your ability to use the site.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure how the site performs, and show you relevant advertising on other platforms. This includes tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar analytics and advertising technologies, which may receive limited device and activity information — for example, the pages you view or actions you take on the site.

We do not send sensitive information — such as your specific health conditions or medical answers — to advertising or analytics partners.

You can control tracking through your browser or device settings, through your ad-preference settings with the relevant platform (for example, Meta's ad settings), and, where applicable, through recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

5. How We Share Information

• Licensed agents and carriers: with the licensed, independent agents and insurance carriers needed to prepare your quote, provide coverage, and follow up with you.
• Service providers: with vendors who operate the site and services on our behalf under contract — for example, hosting, our quoting provider (Compulife), text-message delivery (Twilio), email delivery, and analytics and advertising partners.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or Velocity Pro.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for targeted advertising (described in Section 4) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; where that applies, you may opt out as described in Section 6.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to stop receiving them.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or contact us.
• Cookies and ads: use the browser, device, and ad-platform controls described in Section 4.
• State privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or any "sale" or "sharing" of it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services, respond to your inquiry, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party websites, such as insurance carriers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
